OBITUARY Billie Louise Vinson September 18, 1920 – December 2, 2018 Billie Louise Mercer Vinson, 98 of Dallas, Texas, passed away December 2, 2018. She was born September 18, 1920 to Eva Harper Mercer and W.A.”Bob” Mercer, in Mt. Pleasant, Texas.

Mrs. Vinson is predeceased by her husband of 58 years, M.Glenn Vinson, Sr; her parents; and her sister, Bobbie Mercer Martin (husband Page Martin. ) She is survived by her two children, M. Glenn Vinson,Jr. ( wife Joan deceased 2016) of San Francisco, California; and Vicki J. Lester (husband Bruce) of Nevada City, California; her brother, Bert Lewis Mercer (wife Jeanie, deceased 2017) of Waco, Texas; three granddaughters, Kim Latier, Hannah Lester-Burcaw and Claire Vinson; one great-grandson, Jesse M. Vitela; and numerous beloved nieces, nephews and friends.

Billie loved her work as executive secretary to John M. Stemmons for many years. She was a life long member of the Church of Christ. Bert Mercer will be officiating, with internment at Laurel Land Memorial Park at 11am on Monday, December 10, 2018.
