Billy Bob Shaffer, 73 of Logansport passed away unexpectedly at 6:00 a.m., Thursday, March 21, 2019 at his residence. Born March 2, 1946 in Kokomo, he was the son of the late Bobby and Helen (West) Shaffer. Billy Bob was a US Army Veteran.

He worked as a truck mechanic and also formerly worked on the Police force in Salem, Indiana. Survivors include daughter, Bobbie Jo Jackson (Mike) of Salem, son, Shannon Shaffer (Dana), brother, Jerry Shaffer (Christy) of Kokomo, sister, Joetta Bojrab (Lou) of Carmel, 8 grandchildren and special friend, Heather Salcedo of Logansport. He was also preceded in death by wife, Joy Shaffer and sons, Shane Shaffer and Robby Shaffer.

Per Billy Bob’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Marocco- Rans Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Logansport.
