Mr. Billy Crouch, 79 of Adel passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at his residence. Mr. Crouch was born October 24, 1938 to the late Bill & Ira Jones Crouch. He worked as an auto mechanic for many years and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.

Mr. Crouch enjoyed fishing and loved his family, especially his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Crouch of Adel; son, Wayne (Sarah) Crouch of Wright City, OK; daughter, Lynetta (Roberto) Ponce’ of Adel; grandchildren, Victoria Crouch, Chelsea Black, Jordyn Linehan, Morgyn Crouch, Clayton Crouch, Zana Ponce’, Gabriel “Hootie” Ponce’, and Canaan Ponce’; great grandchildren, Jayclee, Tristin, Max, Josselyn, and Layla; special cousin, Peggy Masiongale of TN; and two special dogs, Sassy and Sam; special family, Carlos (Rosa) Contreras, Melissa Contreras, Carlitos Contreras, and Melanie Contreras of Adel. Mr. Crouch was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Zana Jones and a special cousin, Babo Wortham.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 6, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Fellowship Baptist Church with Rev. Ike Jefferson, and Rev. Harris Whitman officiating.

Interment will follow at the church cemetery. The family will be receiving friends Thursday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Purvis Funeral Home.
