Billy Harlon Woolsey, Jr., 57, of Alvin passed away on July 23, 2018. He was born on September 12, 1960 in Texas City, Texas to parents, Billy and Beatrice (Hebert) Woolsey. Billy married Patty Woolsey on August 25, 2007.

He was preceded in death by: his parents, Billy and Beatrice Woolsey; and daughter, Natalie Marie Woolsey. Left to cherish Billy’s memory are: his loving wife, Patty Woolsey; sons: Anthony Rost and Warren Woolsey (Jennifer); sisters: Cheryl Stewart (Travis), Kathy Cooper (Joe), Tonja Vasquez (Filo); grandchildren: Aaliyah, Lillyanna, Aidan, Logan, and Aislynn; nieces and nephew: Tina Hutcherson, Dawn Cooper, Stephanie Jagow, Michael Palmer, Tamara Ellison, and Samantha Coffman; and numerous great nieces and nephews. Services for Billy will be held on Monday, July 30, 2018 at Oak Park Chapel.

Visitation is at 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. The Funeral Service will follow at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Karl Newmann officiating. Interment will be held at Oak Park Cemetery.
