, Derby. Billy is preceded in death by his parents, John and Gladys Pickens and his sister, Helen Alexander Bilbrey. Survivors include his wife of 61 years “Harri” (Harolene); son, Greg Pickens (Anne), of California; daughter, LuAnn Schaaf (Jeff), of Kansas; brother, Ross Pickens, of Oklahoma; grandchildren, Ryan Pickens (Ashlyn), of Oregon; Sydney Schaaf, of Michigan, Steven Schaaf, of the District of Columbia, Chris Pickens (Jennie) of South Carolina.
