Infant, Blayze Asher James Davis of Sparks passed away Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at his residence. Blayze was born April 15, 2019 in Tifton, GA. Survivors include his mother and father, Bianca Bowman Davis & Austin Davis of Sparks; sister, Blaire Bowman of Sparks; maternal grandparents, Lana Sturdivant and Joe Broome of Sparks; maternal aunt, Robin Sturdivant of Sparks; maternal uncle, Zack Bowman of Sparks; maternal great grandparents, Judy & G. E. Cornelius of Hahira; paternal grandparents, Debbie & Alvin Davis of Douglas; paternal uncle and aunt, Timmy & Jenny Davis of Douglas; cousins, Trinity Davis & Brody Davis of Douglas; paternal great grandfather, James Davis of West Green; great great grandmother, Mama Jean Radney of Hahira; and special grandparents, Maryann & Gymel Taylor of Sparks.

Blayze was preceded in death by great grandmother, Mary Davis, and great great grandaddy, Raymond Radney. Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 25, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Purvis Funeral Home with Rev. Kevin Bounds officiating.

Interment will follow at Wilkes Cemetery. The family will be receiving friends Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Purvis Funeral Home.
