Bluford Mullins Jr, age 59, passed away Tuesday, March 19, 2019 at Holston Valley Medical Center. He spent most of his life in Dickenson County and attended Skeetrock Community Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Bluford and Queenie Mullins; and his sisters Ann Justus, Patricia Mae Crowel, Mary Murphy, and Ruby Hunter.

Survivors Include: Two Sisters: Faye(Archie) Parrigan of Clintwood, Virginia and Kay Cochran of Wise, Virginia One Brother: Jimmy(Patsy) Mullins of Clintwood, Virginia A host of nieces and nephews One favorite nephew: Morgan Hill The family will receive friends Friday, March 22, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with services to follow at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Mullins Funeral Home Chapel with Tarncy Mullins and Lester Mullins officiating. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery, Cutter Creek Section, Clintwood, Virginia. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
