Bobby L. Fittro, 82, of Delaware, and formerly of Sabina, passed away on Saturday evening, November 10, 2018, at Riverside Hospital. Born November 12, 1935, in Sabina, the son of Jesse and Ora Villars Fittro. Bob is survived by his wife Charlene Corder Bernard Fittro.

They were married may 21, 1984. He was a graduate of Sabina High School and attended Wilmington College. After serving in the Army during Vietnam, Bob was with Sabina Post Office for 36 years, and then worked at the Sabina Farmers Exchange for 15 years.

He loved to travel and visited various parts of Canada and all 50 states – even drove to Alaska, twice. Bob loved nature. He and Charlene volunteered at Camp Dovetail for several years.

In addition to his wife, Bob is survived by children: Stephanie (Dr. Ray) Lev of Hubbard, Stacie (Dr. Randall) Shively of Powell, Russell (Linda) Bernard of Washington Court House, and Charles (Tracey) Bernard of Delaware. Also left to cherish his memory are grandchildren: Matthew Bernard, Lindsey (Ian) Hummel, Nick Lev, Sidney Bernard, and Luke Bernard; and great grandchildren: Liam and Ella Hummel, and identical twins to come. Memorial contributions are suggested to OhioHealth Hospice.

Friends may gather at Littleton Funeral Home, Sabina, on Friday, November 16, 2018, for a visitation from 11am-1pm when a funeral service will begin.
