The daughter of Michael & Elizabeth Kay (Moore) Wilcox, she was born on May 28, 1976. Survivors include her husband, Dale R. Proctor; her children, David Loveless, Kayla Loveless, Jordan Proctor, and Marshal Proctor; and a grandson, Jace Raterink.
