Brenda’s Obituary BRENDA KAY CECIL AGEE, 72, of Bland, VA, passed away Saturday, March 23, 2019 at her home. She was born September 1, 1946 at Pulaski, VA, the daughter of the late _________ & Virginia Flannagan Cecil. She was a proud veteran of the United States Army and served as a nurse in Germany during the Vietnam Era.

She loved all flowers and was a Registered Nurse for many years. She was a boy-scout leader and an avid hunter. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 39 years, Jackie Lee Agee; her son & daughter-in-law, Cody & Kayla Agee; her daughter & son-in-law, Jessica & Kevin Craig; and her grandchildren, Easton Agee and Aniston Agee.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home Chapel, White Gate, with Rev. Henry Allen Conley officiating. Burial will follow in Salem Cemetery with military rites provided by the Bland American Legion Post# 20 and Bland VFW Post # 7969.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 26, 2019 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. The Agee family is in the care of A. Vest & Sons Funeral Home, White Gate, avestandsons.com, (540) 921-2985.
