A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 p.m., Saturday, February 9, 2019, at the residence, 370 Stokes Store Road, Forsyth, GA 31029. Brian was born January 23, 1963, in Huntsville, Alabama.

His brother, Kevin Neal preceded him in death. He was a Project Manager in telecommunications. Brian is survived by his wife, Nancy Neal of Forsyth; children, Josh Neal of Huntsville, Alabama, Bobby Lee Twilbeck of Huntsville, Alabama, Will Shultz of Wausau, Wisconsin and Eric Neal of Huntsville, Alabama; father, Frankie Neal of Huntsville, Alabama; mother Elizabeth Wigley of Huntsville, Alabama; sister, Kimberly Taylor of Huntsville, Alabama; and three grandchildren.

Monroe County Memorial Chapel has charge of arrangements.
