Funeral service for Brittany Elizabeth Murphy, age 23, of Decatur, AL. , will be Saturday, September 8, 2018 at 12:00PM at Calvary Assembly Epicenter, Decatur AL, officiated by Pastor George Sawyer. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00AM to 12:00PM at the Church.

Burial will be at Mt. Zion Church Cemetery in Hartselle. She passed away on September 4th, 2018.

Brittany was born on March 17, 1995 to Bart Murphy and Pricilla D. Long Speegle. She was a customer service representative at AT&T/DirecTv. Brittany was also a certified dental assistant.

She was a big fan of Harry Styles of One Direction and was a part of the Flag Corp at Priceville High School. Brittany was also a big Auburn fan, as well as the Tennessee Titans. Survivors include: Parents: Bart and Meg Murphy Dewayne and Pricilla Speegle Two Brothers: Benjamin Murphy Slade Speegle Three Step Brothers: Michael Speegle Ethan Lance Keaton Lance One sister: Brianna Murphy Two Step Sisters: Katie Speegle Haven Dean Paternal Grandparents: Carolyn and Joe Murphy Maternal Grandparents: Chuck Long Pam Murphy Pallbearers will be Dewayne Speegle, Caleb Murphy, Benjamin Murphy, Britt Murphy, Josh Long and Michael Speegle.
