Obituary Bruce A. Van Wagner, 93, of LaGrange, died peacefully, Saturday, January 26, 2019 at his residence. He was born on February 26, 1925, in LaGrange, IN, to Otis L. and Violet (Christlieb) Van Wagner. Bruce was a graduate of LaGrange High School.

After high school he went on to serve his country in the United States Army during World War II. He served his tour of duty in Italy where he was awarded the Bronze Star and the Purple Heart. On June 20, 1947, he married Betty Lou Howe in LaGrange.
