Buddy Roosevelt Keller, age 89 of Seymour, went home to be with his heavenly Father on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at his home. Born June 18, 1929 in Perry County, KY, he was the son of Henry and Sarah (Vires) Keller. Buddy was married to Edith Colwell on June 4, 1958 in Austin, Indiana.

Buddy was retired from Reliance Electric and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a member of the New Beginnings Church of God. Buddy and Edith enjoyed traveling.

Survivors include his brother-in-law, Raymond Colwell; Buddy also leaves behind his two chosen daughters, Sarah (Dave) McIntosh and Mary (Ronnie) McIntosh and grandchildren, Holly (Doyle) Barrentine, Karrie (Jason) Green, Crystal (Preston) Lawrence, April (Jeremy) Harding, Jace Walters. He also had 9 great-grandkids, Elijah Cole Walters, Lila Mavery Lawrence, Devon (Hannah) Harding, Levi Harding, Caleb and Lydia Barrentine, and Lauryn and Noah Green.

Buddy also had a host of nieces and nephews. Buddy was preceded in death by his parents, wife and siblings, Joseph Keller, Florence Gilstrap and Mary Stewart. Funeral services will be at 4:00pm on Sunday, December 16th, 2018 at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre.

Friends can call from 2:00am until time of service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the Indiana Veteran’s Memorial Cemetery in Madison. Memorials can be made through the funeral home to the New Beginnings Church of God.
