She is survived by her son: Jason (Sarah) Candlish; daughter: Courtney (John) Juarez; grandchildren: Mason and Kayla Candlish, John and Juliana Juarez; mother: Carmella Sulek; sister: Marilyn Sulek; and brother: John Sulek.
