Carlton Locklear, age 70, of 4520 North Chicken road, Pembroke NC passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2018. He was born in Robeson County on September 12, 1948. He was the son of the late Rev.

Sanford & Beatrice Locklear Preceded in death by two brothers; CB Locklear and Ovie lea Locklear; two sisters, Julia Mae Jacobs and Trudy Mae Locklear. Survived by a son, Carlton Ray Locklear of Rowland; the mother of his son Mae; two brothers, Sanford Locklear Jr. (Orlinda), Esten Locklear, both of Lumberton, one sister, Judy Wilkins of Lumberton; Two grandchildren, Ronald Earl Locklear and Corey Lewis; and a host of others relatives and friends.
