Carlyle’s Obituary Carlyle O. Lewis, 67, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away peacefully at home with his family on Monday December 24, 2018. He was born June 25, 1951 in Huntington, WV to the late Otis and Berdina White Lewis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers Clarence E. Lewis, Greg Lewis, Terry Lewis, Carroll Lewis, and Roger Dennison; and four sisters Leona Lewis, Joy Lewis Black, Cheryl Lewis, and Pam Lewis Wiley.

Carlyle is survived by his wife Diana Dunford Lewis; two sons Dana Lewis and Jay Lewis; daughter Melissa Lewis; five grandchildren Peyton Lewis, Riley Reese, Devin Reese, Mattilynn Lewis, and Lorna Hill; two sisters Lois Lewis Patterson and Rhonda Dennison Mayes; special nephew Dana (Becky) Lewis; lifelong friend Charles Ward; and many other special relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, 3508 Stauton Ave, Charleston, WV 25304 or HospiceofHuntington.org, checks to Hospice of Huntington, Inc., PO Box 464, Huntington, WV 25709-0464. A memorial service will be held 7:30 p.m. Thursday December 27, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio.
