Mrs. Caroline Clair Seigler, 80, entered into rest Wednesday morning, January 2, 2019, at her home in Walterboro. Born May 15, 1938, in Pennsylvania, she was the widow of Mr. Neil Thomas. She was a retired dispatcher from The City of Walterboro and was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.

Surviving are: two daughters, Loriann Smoak and her husband Wayne of Walterboro and Bonnie Pearson and her husband Jimmy of Buffalo; a son, Neil Thomas and his wife Carol of Goose Creek; three sisters; seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Paul Thomas; two brothers; and two sisters. Arrangements by: THE BRICE W.
