OBITUARY Carolyn Wade May 19, 1942 – November 13, 2018 Carolyn Keesee Wade, 76 of Lynchburg past away Tuesday, November 13, 2018. She was the wife of the late Charles Wade. Born in Lynchburg, May 19, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Orbra Keesee and Elizabeth Stern Keesee.

She retired from Lynchburg City Schools after over 30 years of service. She also served as pastor of Rock Haven Ministries. She is survived by five children, Anita Semmont of Lynchburg, Debbie Bryan and husband Ray of Bedford, Cindy Spencer and husband Mike of Forest, Linwood Adkins and wife Ladora of Forest and Adam Wade of Ft.

Lauderdale, FL; one brother, Larry Keesee and wife Judy of Richmond; one sister, Mary Allen and husband Linward of Emporia; nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. A service celebrating her life will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, November 17, 2018 at Whitten Timberlake Chapel with Pastor Mike Dodson officiating. Interment will follow in Fort Hill Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Those wishing to make memorial contributions are asked to consider IPHC Appalachian Conference, 5847 Oak Grove Pl. , Dublin, VA 24084.
