Carolyn’s Obituary Carolyn Wright Keenan, 80, of Birmingham, Alabama, formally of Panama City Beach, Florida, passed away December 28, 2018. She was born January 17, 1938 in Phenix City, Alabama to Horace and Mandy Wright. She had been a resident of Panama City Beach and a member of Woodlawn Methodist Church for 60 years.

She was also a member of the Panama City Beach Garden Club and the Does. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, John W. Keenan Jr.; and brother, Michael Lynn Wright. She is survived by her two daughters, Vanessa Churchwell Morris (Larry) of Birmingham, Alabama, and Jacqueline Churchwell Siebenschuh (Chris) of Stafford, Virginia; two step-children, Judy Keenan Sheehan (Jerry) of Merritt Island, Florida and John W. Keenan III of Panama City Beach, Florida; three grandchildren, Parker Siebenschuh of Stafford, Virginia, Taylor Striplin (Elizabeth) of Birmingham, Alabama, and Christina Striplin Lynch (Michael) of Atlanta, Georgia; two step-grandchildren, Melissa Hierbaum Mulvaney (Brian) and Nicole Hierbaum, all of Jacksonville, Florida; and sister, Earlene Gibbons (Farrell) of Panama City Beach, Florida.

Funeral services will be held on Monday at 1 p.m. in the Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Larry Morris officiating. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 12 to 1 p.m., one hour prior to service time.
