Carter Anthony Ellis, 56, passed away at the Villagio Senior Living on March 24, 2019 in Kerrville. He was born on May 01, 1962 in Bradford, PA to Susan Lowery Livesay and the late Geoffrey A. Ellis. Carter spent most of this life in Houston, where he graduated from Northbrook High School.

He attended A &M University, where he received a certificate in Electronic Technology. Carter spent the rest of his life working with computers. Carter loved music, playing guitar and engaging in trivia contests.
