Casey’s Obituary Casey Deon Grant was born on September 23, 1993 to Sabrina Bates and Abraham Grant in South Bend, Indiana. Casey was quiet to strangers but was the life of the party around family and friends. He was a good person that loved and cared for everybody.
Casey valued respect and loyalty more than anything. Casey accomplished many things. Casey attained his GED and a trade in Blueprint at Phillips Community College.
Once he obtained his driver’s license, Casey returned to PCC and attained his Commercial Driver’s License. He was driving for Price Distributing Company of Ennis, Texas. Casey was also enrolled at Independence University to obtain an Associates Degree in Business.
God called this precious father, son, grandson, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend home on January 22, 2019 in Helena, Arkansas. Casey is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Riley Bates, great-grandmothers, Florence Willis and Dorothy Grant, and Paternal uncle, Moses Grant. Casey leaves to cherish his precious memories, his parents, Sabrina Bates and Abraham Grant; his sisters, Alexis Grant, Zantrell Grant, Rachel Troop, Shaloriel Grant; his brothers, Brandon Bates, Austin Grant, Cordarius Grant, Abrain Champion, Rakeem Grant, Abraham Grant, III; nephews, Jalen Ross, Brandon Bates, Jr., nieces, Erran Ross, Zakeyah Carter, Ryleigh Woodard, Kyzeonna Carter, Za’Layah Carter; aunts, Shameka Willis, Linda Jones, Lisa Grant, Rena Ward, Rochelle Willis; uncles, Hosey Whitmore, Jerome Grant, Roy Greer, John Greer, Michael Greer; special friends, Cameron Gould, Deondre “Smitty”Smith, Jamie Jackson, Corddero Carter; best Friend, T.J.
