Catherine A. “Cathie” McGuire age 60 of McGregor passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at her home following a brief illness. She was born September 26, 1957 in Marietta, GA the daughter of Joseph and Cecelia (Goltz) McGuire. Cathie had recently worked as a caregiver for Scenic Acres in Elkader, IA.

She is survived by her children, Chuck Mansfiled of Prairie du Chien, Chris (Amanda) Mansfiled of LaCrosse, WI, Katie Stoehr of DeForest, WI, her siblings, Dennis, Pete and Kevin McGuire, Wendy Leskovac, MaryJo McGuire and Theresa Hicks, along with seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her sisters, Michelle and Sue McGuire. A family memorial gathering is being planned and will be announced for a future date.
