Catherine A. Lorenzo, 55, passed away on Sunday, January 27, 2019, at Overlook Medical Center in Summit, New Jersey with her beloved husband, Joseph, by her side. Born Wednesday, August 7, 1963 in Staten Island, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Dorothea McKinley. She was the beloved wife of 29 years to Joseph.

Loving mother of Jessica. Dear sister of Carolyn Stevens, Karen Donnelly and the late Charles McKinley. Fond sister-in-law to Christopher Stevens and Brenda Lorenzo.

Cathy is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and friends. The family will receive friends from 2-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 and Thursday, January 31, 2019, at the John Vincent Scalia Home For Funerals, Inc., 28 Eltingville Blvd. (at Eltingville Station), Staten Island, New York.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 1, 2019 at Holy Child Church located at 4747 Amboy Rd Staten Island, New York 10312. A private cremation will follow. If so desired, contributions in Cathy’s name to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital would be greatly appreciated.
