Obituary for Catherine Theresa Poyner-Fenderson Poyner-Fenderson, Catherine T., age 97, of Detroit, passed away on June 8, 2018. Catherine was born in Detroit to the late Edward China and Francesca Pellerito. She was the loving mother of Kenneth (Marta) Lamb and Gloryette (Floyd) Lamb-Tinsley.

Catherine is the proud grandmother of 10, great-grandma of 20, and great-great-grandma of 1. She is also the sister of the late Philip J. Peronne and the late Francis Patti. Catherine worked for W.B. Doner, London Chop House, Garland Stove Co. and Detroit Public Schools.

She also volunteered at catholic social services and was a teacher of a Sunday school class at Trinity Baptist Church in Detroit. The funeral service for Catherine will be Friday, June 15, at 10:30 am with an in-state period starting at 9:30 am. Share your memories at www.
