Obituary for Pat A. Casad Patricia Ann (Katich) Casad, age 75, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at Troy Beaumont Hospital. She was born in Detroit to Thomas and Julia Katich. She was a graduate of Pershing High School and married Jack Casad at Truth Lutheran Church in Detroit.

She and Jack owned their own electrical contracting company where Pat acted as President and ran the entire back office. Pat truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; playing pinochle with her friends and family, bowling for over 40 years at 5 Star Lanes where she served as the league Secretary/Treasurer and enjoyed winning at Greektown Casino. Pat also had an uncanny ability to bring people together, supporting and helping so many through difficult times.

Beloved wife of Jack. Loving mother of Kathy (Jim), Cheryl and Rick. Cherished grandmother of Rob (Megan), Jamie (Bethanie), Jess and Amanda and great grandchildren Cooper, Ella and Harper.

Dear sister of Char, Tom (Joyce), Deb and Janet (Dave). Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Family and friends whose lives Pat touched are invited to the Wm.

Sullivan and Sons Funeral Home, 8459 Hall Rd. (3 blks east of Van Dyke), Utica on Friday June 8, 2018 from 2:00 – 9:00 pm. Funeral service Saturday 10:00 am at the funeral home.
