Cathey Wicker Turner, 58, of Richfield, passed away Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at Carolinas HealthCare System NorthEast in Concord. Mrs. Turner was born January 30, 1960 in South Carolina to the late JC Wicker and Sybil Crawford Wicker. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Joey Wicker.

A memorial service will be on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 2:00PM at Lighthouse Baptist Church, 28699 Millingport Road, Albemarle officiated by Rev. Gary Cox. In addition to her mother, Sybil Wicker, survivors include sister, Shirley Turner and husband Joe Hawkins; niece, Angela Turner-Cox and husband Gary; nephew, Joseph Hawkins and wife Amber; great nieces, Ashley, Kayalana, Chesnee, and Reagan; and great nephews, Tristan and Brantley.

Hartsell Funeral Home of Albemarle is serving the Turner family.
