Obituary for Mrs. Cecelia Bartlett Mrs. Cecelia Bartlett ,80, of Scottsboro passed away Wednesday at her residence. She was preceded in death by her husband-Edward Eugene Bartlett and daughter- Shelia Roseann Kanaday. She is survived by her son- James Kanaday(Becky); two daughters-Barbara Annette Reed(Frankie) and Debra Sue Brooks; brother Gene Autrey Roberts; sister Mary Sue McCoy; Step daughters- Mary Hurst(Terry), Debbie Warren and Janice Mitchell(Mark) and multible grandchildren and great grandchildren.
