Cecil Howard McBroom, Jr., 59, passed away December 24, 2018 at his home in Houston, Texas. Cecil was born on October 23, 1959 to parents Cecil Sr. and Doris McBroom in Baytown, Texas. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially during the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, where he was a lifetime member who volunteered with them for over 35 years.

He is survived by his son, Anthony McBroom; brother and sister-in-law, Rex McBroom and Cathy Carnew; sister and brother-in-law, Theresa and Charles McMichael; as well as numerous extended family members and dear friends.
