Cecilio’s Obituary Cecilio Gonzalez Ontiveros, Jr., 65, of Springlake passed away on Friday, February 15, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, February 19, 2019 at Kornerstone Chapel with Mr. Patricio Porras of Roswell, NM officiating. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Gardens under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview.

A visitation will be held Monday from 5-6:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Cecilio was born on August 29, 1953 in Zacatecas, Mexico to Cecilio, Sr and Hortencia (Gonzalez) Ontiveros. He married Ava Vinson on July 21, 1979 in Clarendon, Texas.

Cecilio is survived by his wife, Ava Ontiveros of Springlake; his daughters, Connie Garcia and husband Brandon of Lubbock, Carmen Ontiveros of Midland; his parents, Cecilio, Sr and Hortencia Ontiveros of Springlake; his sisters, Gloria Castillo of Lubbock, Anna Mosqueda and husband Victor of Denton, Ruth Whitehead and husband Richard of Amarillo, Nancy Anderson of Plainview; his brother, Elizar Ontiveros of Plainview and three grandchildren.
