Obituary for Charlene Elaine Wamhoff Charlene Elaine Wamhoff, December 4, 1947 – March 20, 2019 Charlene Elaine Wamhoff (nee Tippie) departed this life on Wednesday, March 20, 2019; beloved wife of the late John J. Wamhoff, Jr; adored mother of Doreen Cummins (Jim) and John J. Wamhoff III (Dorothy); loving daughter of Charles E. Tippie and Doreen M. Hitt (Dennis); cherished sister of Beatrice Kirkner (Gil), Alice Timms, (Paul), Denise Bugglen (Danny), Nancy Hohman (Ed), the late Jim Tippie (Arlene), the late Joe Tippie (Shirley), John Tippie (Joan), Verna Mulligan (Earl) and Terry Tippie (Tina); devoted grandmother of Katie Simonsen (Brad), Anna Foertsch, John J. Wamhoff IV, James Cummins, Emily Wamhoff, Max Wamhoff, Steven Cummins and Colleen Cummins. A graveside memorial service and interment will take place on Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 12:30 p.m at Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens, 5598 Trumps Mill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21206. Please enter the cemetery at the Lillian Holt Dr. entrance, turn left and park to await the procession to the site.

A Celebration of Life gathering will follow immediately thereafter at the home of John and Dorothy Wamhoff, 323 Elinor Ave, Baltimore, MD 21236; John (443)-226-2853. All are welcome. Should friends desire, memorial contributions can be made to Gilchrist Hospice or Shriners Childrens’ Hospital.
