He was born October 10, 1974 in Newburgh, NY, the son of the late Charles Bilyou and Judy (Baxter) Bilyou of Modena. Besides his mother Judy, he is survived by his 11yr old son Devin Jimenez; a brother and sister-in-law: Jimmy & Bobbiejo Baxter of Newburgh; one niece, 3 nephews and several cousins.
