OBITUARY Charles David Drew, Sr. November 25, 1935 – July 22, 2018 Charles David Drew, Sr., 82, of Memphis, Tennessee passed away peacefully on July 22, 2018. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on November 25, 1935 to the late Charles G. and Helen A. Drew. He was previously deceased by his parents and two sisters, Otelia and Lavonne.

He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Earldine Drew; two children, Charles David Drew, Jr. (Jana) and Margaret Drew; four grandchildren, Joseph, Layne, Brianna, and Riley; two sisters, Mary Jo and Carolyn; and numerous nieces and nephews. Charles was a member of the Church of the Resurrection. He was also a member of the Local Iron Workers and Local Glaziers #242.

In his early years, Charles was a member of a three-piece band and continued to enjoy playing guitar and entertaining into his later years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and will be missed.
