Obituary for Hayden Bradley Fraser Hayden Bradley Fraser died on June 19, 2018, with his family by his side. Hayden was born on March 23, 1981, in Memphis, TN. He graduated from White Station H.S.

He was a good baseball and soccer player, an excellent golfer, but his love was rock climbing. A highlight was a climbing trip he and his mother took throughout the west. He attended the University of Tennessee at Knoxville where he was a member of the drum line of the Pride of the Southland Marching Band.

He graduated from the University of Memphis with degrees in Music and Music Education. Hayden was an accomplished jazz drummer. He loved teaching drums as well as playing.

Recently he fondly remembered playing with Lord T. and Eloise on two occasions as well as an extended gig with Charlie Wood at King’s Palace on Beale Street. He played at Handy Park and loved to jam at the old Precious Cargo and Newby’s. Music was his life.

He was kind and gentle with a special love of his three cats, Bubba, Smokey, and Napoleon. Hayden was preceded in death by his father, Rhitt Lee Fraser. He is survived by his mother, Leigh Fraser (John Pritchard); his brother, Rhitt B. Fraser of Howard, CO; aunts Jill Davidson of Vero Beach, FL, and Shelley Fraser Mickle (Parker) of Gainesville, FL; uncle Hunter Davidson (Debbie) of Amarillo, TX; half-uncles Matthew Davidson of Baton Rouge, LA, and Cody Davidson (Amanda) of Senatobia, MS.
