OBITUARY Charles Ernest Gardner January 6, 1960 – July 18, 2018 Charles Ernest Gardner passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 after a long illness. He was born January 6, 1960 to the late Robin and Alice Louise (Minish) Gardner. Charles is survived by his brothers, Richard Gardner and wife, Brenda of Gastonia, John Gardner of Gastonia and Robin Gardner and wife, Linda of Raleigh, NC; several nieces and nephews.

A celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Carothers Funeral Home in Stanley, NC. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Online condolences and fond memories may be shared with the family at www.
