Obituary Charles M. Chuck Kane, 84 of Follansbee, WV died peacefully on Tuesday, December 25, 2018 at Valley Hospice North in Steubenville, OH. Born on June 17, 1934 in Monroe Township, OH a son of the late Charles and Mildred (Naylor) Kane. He is also preceded in death by his first wife and mother of his children Gladys Kane in 1979 and his second wife Shirley Kane in 2016.

Charles graduated from Wintersville High School. He was Presbyterian by faith.
