He departed this life on Monday February 4, 2019 at his residence. Services for Charles L. Price will be held on Monday February 11, 2019 at the Massie Funeral Home in Mounds, IL.

Friends may call at the Funeral home on Monday from 10:00am until 11:00am. Funeral will follow at 11:00am with Rev. Dr. J.L. Posey officiating.

Burial will be in the Mound City National Cemetery with Military honors provided.
