ARMSTRONG, Mr. Charles Lamar “The King” – age 56, passed away, Thursday, February 14, 2019 at Ascension Providence Hospital – Southfield. Family hour 10:30AM Friday February 22, 2019 from the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 North Perry Street, with funeral service commencing immediately at 2:00PM. Pastor Terrance J. Gowdy, officiating.

Family and Friends will assemble at the funeral home 1:30PM Friday. Mr. Armstrong will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, and may be viewed from 1:30PM-2:00PM Friday. Mr. Armstrong leavs to cherish his memory: niece, Sherika N. Armstrong; and a host aunts and cousins.

Mr. Armstrong was preceded in death by his parents, Artelia and Earl Armstrong; siblings, Willie Perks Jr. and Earleene Armstrong-Shaw.
