EASON, Mr. Tommy – age 87, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Pontiac, MI. Family hour 10:30AM Saturday, February 16, 2019, from Messiah Missionary Baptist Church, 15 Mark Ave. , with funeral service commencing immediately at 11AM.

Pastor Sylvester Thompson, Officiating. Interment Perry Mt. Park Cemetery, 878 North Perry St. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church 10:30AM Saturday.

Mr. Eason will lie in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 268 N. Perry St., and may be viewed from 3:00PM-8:00PM Friday. Mr. Eason is survived by his wife, Bessie; children, Marilyn Eason, Deacon Tommy (Lezra) Eason, Jr., Elder Rosie (Alonzo) Hall, Patrick (Tashenia) Eason and Belinda (Rev. Barry) Thomas; grandchildren, Terry L. Graves, II, Tommy (LaKaeshia) Eason, III, Caris Adari Eason, Brianna C. Hughes, Deja Eason, Aaron Hughes and Isaac Hughes; sister, Ethel Lee Epps; a host of special nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
