OBITUARY Charles M Fisher August 10, 1936 – November 27, 2018 Charles Michael Fisher, 82, passed away November 27, 2018. All services will be held at St. Bernadette’s Catholic Church, 9020 E. 51st Terr. , KCMO 64133.

Visitation from 4-7pm on Fri. , Nov. 30th with rosary recited at 3:30pm.

Mass of Christian Burial 10am Sat. with burial following in Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Charles was born on August 10, 1936 in Kansas City, MO to Ralph and Elizabeth (Quirk) Fisher and was the youngest of three children. He was a graduate of De La Salle Academy. He spent two years serving his country as a United States Marine.

He then began his career as a member of the Kansas City Missouri Fire Department. In 1996, after 40 years of dedicated service, he retired as Fire Chief/Director. His passion for the fire service was second only to his love of his family and friends.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Margaret Corbit and other family members. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, L. Beth Fisher; his children: Michael Fisher, Daniel Fisher, Donald Fisher and Joyce Compton (Ron); his 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Online condolences to www.
