Charles’ Obituary Charles R. Riley, Reeds Spring, MO, son of Charles C. and Francis L. Stevens Riley, was born September 26, 1945 in Connersville, IN and departed this life on March 4, 2019 at the age of 73 after battling pancreatic cancer. Charles had been a resident of the area twenty years. Charles was a Charter Member of Vietnam Veterans Chapter 1119 of Kimberling City, MO and a lifetime member of VFW 846 Overland Park, KS.

He was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He served his country proudly in the United States Air Force. Charles was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Sarah Riley.

Survivors include: his wife, Eddie Riley of Reeds Spring, MO; daughter, Lisa Nelson and husband, Tim of Overland Park, KS; son, Charles E. Riley of Independence, MO; three sisters, Jo Kennedy and husband, Richard, Ruth Gaines and Patricia Lunsford all of Indiana; eight grandchildren and a host of other family and friends. Visitation will be Thursday, March 7, 2019 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Stumpff Funeral Home Kimberling City, MO. Burial will be at 12:00 noon on Friday, March 8, 2019 at Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, MO.

Arrangements are under the direction of Stumpff Funeral Home Kimberling City, MO.
