Charles S. Rauth, Jr., 74, of Matawan, NJ, passed away peacefully at his residence on Saturday, March 2, 2019. Charles was born on October 21, 1944 to Charles and Holly Rauth in Amityville, NY. He lived in Amityville and then Brooklyn, NY before moving to Matawan 47 years ago.

Charles owned and operated a Health and Beauty Aids store in Brooklyn, NY for 50 years . He married the love of his life, the late Karen Rauth, who passed away in 2002. Charles is survived by his loving family, daughter and son-in-law, Kristen and Tom Cunningham of Morristown, NJ; his sister, Janet Calamia, his brother, Ike Rauth; his grandson, Ryan; two granddaughters, Kieran, and Madeline; his nephews, Frank Colletti, Michael Colletti, Anthony Colletti, Paul Larsen, Steven Larsen; and his neices, Liz Steeno and Samantha Fitzgerald.

He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Rauth, and his mother, Holly Billington Rauth. Visitation will be held Monday, March 4, 2019, from 3:00 pm – 6:30 pm at the Old Bridge Funeral Home, 2350 Route 516, Old Bridge, NJ. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 4, 2019, at 6:30 pm at the Funeral Home.

Family and friends may join the family for refreshments afterwards. Cremation will take place in private. Online condolences can be given at www.
