Charles Wade Lowe, age 31, of Jamestown, TN passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Jamestown Medical. Born in Scott County, TN on November 15, 1987, he was the son of Dean Phillips and the late Lessa Hicks. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his sister, Jerica Davis.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Vanna Lowe; sons, Grayson and Braden; daughters, Jerica, Paislynn and Tyi; brothers, Jermie Spurling and James Hicks, Jr.; sisters, Vantisha Weaver, Jamilia Hicks, and Leslie Spurling; grandmother, Linda England; grandfather, Oscar and Cindy Lowe; special uncle, Oscar Wayne Lowe, Jr.; and many other relatives and friends. Friends may visit with the Lowe family on Monday, March 18, 2019 from 1 p.m. until time of funeral service at 3 p.m. in the chapel of West-Murley Funeral Home with Bro. Carlie Duncan officiating.

Music will be provided by Barbara Duncan and Jamilia Hicks. Burial will follow in the Lowe Cemetery in the Smokey community. Serving as pallbearers will be: David Weaver, Justin Lowe, Josh Lowe, Arvil Silcox, Marsha Gunter, Chris Gunter, Christopher Jeffers and Todd Johnson.
