Visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday, February 12th from 5:00-9:00PM. Jerry Swallows, Sue Poston, and Bobby Roberts will officiate.

Mr. Swallows passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019 at Bethesda Healthcare in Cookeville. Charles Walter Swallows was born on September 1, 1940 in Putnam County, TN to the late Clarence Haskell and Magalene (Tinch) Swallows. Charles worked for the Bookstore at T.T.U. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife: Betty Swallows; 2 Brothers: Johnny and June Swallows; 1 Sister: Bobbie Ordwall.

He is survived by 2 SONS & DAUGHTER-IN-LAW: Jerry Swallows-Gallatin, TN Kevin (Becky) Swallows-Cookeville, TN 1 Daughter: Wanda Otto-Cookeville, TN SISTER-IN-LAW: Billie Swallows-Cookeville, TN 7 GRANDCHILDREN & 3 GREAT GRANDCHILDREN PALLBEARERS will be: Charles Tucker Swallows, Jerry Lynn Swallows, Jr., Kent Ashburn, Lynslee Brooke Swallows, Dakota Austin Swallows, Alisha Anne Swallows, and Jeremiah Thomas Davidson.
