Obituary Service Details WATER VALLEY- Mrs. Charlinda Alexander Lewis, 46, passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2019 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Oxford. She was born on June 26, 1972 in Water Valley to the late Mr. Cleveland Alexander, Sr., and Mrs. Deloris Telford. She was an active member at Bayson Chapel M.B. Church where she served as a choir member until The Lord called her home.

She was employed at Piggly Wiggly Store in Water Valley for many of years. Services will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at 11a.m. at Bayson Chapel M.B. Church in Water Valley with Pastor Amos Sims delivering the eulogy. Burial will take place in the church cemetery.

Serenity-Daniels Funeral Home of Water Valley is in charge of the arrangements. She leaves to cherish her loving memories her husband: James Lewis. One son: Demontavis Lewis.

One daughter: Candice Marie Lewis both of Water Valley. One sister: Hattie Mae Polk of Water Valley. Four brothers: Frank E. Alexander, Pastor Cleveland Alexander both of Water Valley, Roy Alexander of Oxford, MS and Clarance Alexander of Alon, IL.

A host of other relatives and friends. Visitation will be on Friday, March 8, 2019 from 5-7p.m. at Serenity-Daniels Funeral Home Chapel. There’s still time to send flowers to the Visitation at the Serenity-Daniels Funeral Home from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on March 8, 2019.
