Obituary for Charlotte A. Winder Charlotte Winder, 81, of Jackson, Missouri died Monday, December 3, 2018 at Saint Francis Medical Center. She was born May 13, 1937 in Rockford, Illinois to Albert and Mildred Barber Herbig. She and Charles Winder were married July 12, 1975 at Rockford, Illinois.

He preceded her in death on February 10, 2010. She was an avid reader and loved watching The Voice. She was a member of Fruitland Community Church.

Survivors include her four sisters, Darlene Langley of Cape Girardeau, Linda Hastings of Machesney Park, Illinois, Carole (James) Ambruoso of Roscoe, Illinois and Sandra (Joseph) Magdziarz of Rockford, Illinois; one brother, Dean (Peggy) Herbig of Loves Park, Illinois; sisters-in-law, Peggy Niswonger of Advance, Missouri and Corletta Winder of Holts Summit, Missouri; one brother-in-law, Paul (Joyce) Winder of Festus, Missouri; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one son, Daniel Winder; and one brother, Jack Herbig and several brother-in-laws and sister-in-laws Visitation will be 9:00 am to 10:00 am on Friday, December 7, 2018 at Ford & Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel in Cape Girardeau.

Funeral service will follow at 10:00 am Friday at the funeral home with the Rev. Mike Parry officiating. Burial will be at Lorimier Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
