Obituary for Charlotte Jean Vanover Charlotte Jean Goins Vanover, 59, of Lesage, WV passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, WV. She was born on February 25, 1959 in Detroit, Mich, the daughter of the late Geraldine Beaver Goins. She was retired Housekeeping worker from the Huntington State Hospital.

She is survived by one daughter, Angela Nicole Short of Lesage, WV and Ivan Matthew Short of Welch, WV and one grandson, Harley Short and her doggy, “Suki-Sue”. Arrangements at Henson and Kitchen Mortuary, 6357 E. Pea Ridge Road Huntington, WV. There will be no public services.
