She departed this life on July 27, 2018 in Grand Rapids, Michigan and was preceded in death by her parents; Willie Hill and Jessie Clark, husbands; Harold Branch and Colon Skinner, sons; Andrew and Henry Skinner, daughter; Sherry Blackburn, brothers; Harold, Willie, Lamar, Herbert and Wesley Hill, sisters; Bernice Dockery, Sheila Thickpin, Francis and Clarice. She leaves to cherish her memory her children; Harold Lee Branch, Jr. (Verlean), Lorene Bell (Melvin) and Delois Branch, brothers; Lawrence Webb, Lester Hill and Jmimie Hill, sisters; Beatrice Kennedy, Barbara, Jacqueline, Mldred Hill and Jean Hill, 9 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
Public visitation will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2018 at Ivy K. Gillespie Memorial Chapel, 1865 Eastern Ave SE from 1:00 Pm to 4:00 PM. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, August 3, 2018 at Ivy K. Gillespie Memorial Chapel, at 1:00 PM. Friends may meet with the family one hour prior to services at 12:00 noon.
