Cheryl A. Chapman (68) of Ashtabula died on Dec. 8, 2018 at the Cleveland Clinic. Born Oct.

10, 1950 in Ashtabula she was the daughter of Dominic and Anna Marie (Acierno) Colucci. Cheryl graduated from Ashtabula High School class of 69 and received her bachelor degree from Youngstown State University. She was retired from Lake Erie Correctional Institute and was a member of Our Lady of Peace Parish.

Survivors include her husband David Chapman, sisters Donna Colucci, Cindy Colucci-Schneiderhan, Jill Colucci, and Kim Colucci. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Greg Colucci. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday Dec.

15, 2018 at 10:00 A.M. in Our Lady of Peace Parish, St. Joseph Church with burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be on Friday from 4 to 6 P.M. in Guerriero Funeral Home 1550 West 19th St. in Ashtabula.
