OBITUARY Chhean Seng March 1, 1932 – December 22, 2018 Chhean Seng, age 86, passed away Saturday, December 22, 2018 at his home with his family by his side. He was the husband of Chhouk Hing. Born in Battam Bang, Cambodia he emigrated to the United Sates in 1985.

In addition to his wife he is survived by one son, Chheat Chhean and his wife Thavy of Winsor Locks, CT; two daughters, Shanta Chhean and Sothea Baig both of East Hartford, CT; one sister, Sorn Mom and six grandchildren. He was predeceased by three siblings. His Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 from 8:00 to 9:00 AM in the Waring-Sullivan Home at Cherry Place, 178 Winter St., Fall River, MA followed by his Funeral Service at 10:00 AM in the Chapel of Memory and Hope at Swan Point Crematory, 585 Blackstone Blvd.
